Foodcoin
Foodcoin is a cashback and fidelity app for restaurants. Users can obtain cashback by paying with the app to spend it on future occasions.
Context
After closing the first investment round, they needed a team to transform the business idea into an app, allowing users to view all restaurants, create and top-up their Foodcoin card and pay using the app with cash or cashback from the restaurants.
My role
As the only designer in the company, I led the product design, working closely with the engineering team to create the first version. This allowed us to collect the first usage metrics, which also helped us satisfy investors and get more funding.
