Evolbe is a B2B SAAS platform that focus on making franchises management easier, including tasks, employees, issues, and stock control. Trusted by many popular brands.
Context
They needed a product designer to lead an app's redesign, integrating new features and solving different workflows that were causing problems for users. As well as creating a new dashboard for the management of the establishments.
My role
One of the main challenges was to design the management of tasks and incidents since the tasks and their processes had several levels of depth (processes, tasks, subtasks, incidents...). Moreover, depending on their progress, they had different states that could go backward or forwards depending on the decisions taken by different roles. All this is multiplied exponentially by the different existing roles.
